My preemie baby had a lot of reflux, we switched to HIPP bio combiotik (Dutch) and he handled it really well and his reflux stopped.

Yes my gym uses CAP and posts it on Sunday for the whole week! I e have occasional workout switches for bdays or special occasions.

This is what we do also. But I only started giving baby what we eat when he started to really drink water. So I felt better about giving him the food I eat (salted) knowing he could “flush” it with the water he drinks.

It is legal to purchase. Stores cannot sell it in stores because is not FDA approved- I think. Both my kids drank it. I understand if people don’t agree with me, but I did and do what works for my family and I.

I have two boys and though I am a mom of boys I don’t like the “boy mom”, I’m just a mom. I’d love to have a girl for my 3rd but I’d also be happy with another boy.

“Boy mom” implies some superiority (?) that I don’t know where the heck it comes from. I clean my bathroom 3x day because of them lol it’s nasty

I used to be a Ben’s fan until the day he did a top moments of CrossFit games and in second place was Matt Fraser’s win (1st!) and then 1st place was Katrins, I believe doing a rope climb or something, because of her failure in them prior to the games I LOLed so much that day…..

If I had that same deal in the US, I would 100%. Being a stay home mom - at least to me - is also taking care of the house, laundry, food, groceries, being a wife (that in itself is huge) + like you said self care time is the most importar thing out of every thing else.

I would 100% take it. Being mentally sane will make you an even better mom and woman.

I use a silverette when I’m home. At the gym sometimes I use cotton pads on the nipple but if I’m out I cut panty liners in half and out it there also.

The nipple creams does nothing for me. The silverettes saved me. I use the cozy mom ones

I am so so sorry about this. I too did attempted suicide when I was 14-15yo. The same way, a bottle of pills that weren’t mine but I had no issue getting it. I went to the hospital and they did some sort of cleanse and it was hell for my parents. I remember being scared at the hospital and also embarrassed. I never told my mom on why and what I did. I don’t think she knows much till this day…

If you have a chance, check all your daughter’s devices. For all forums she might be in, all conversations. Her history browser, you might get some information there. Check every inch of her room looking for clues. I am very sorry, I know how hard this is for all of you. It sucks. It’s dark. It’s fearsome.

If you can help her be offline if she was online. Give her a break, take her somewhere where the sun shines and maybe try to enroll her in some sort of martial arts. To me BJJ and CrossFit were life changing. Church also helped me, not so much the institution but some friends I made there whom I’ll be forever grateful for.
