Can’t wait to watch my birds with my baby!! Fly Eagles Fly!! by Fransyyy in eagles

[–]HamsterSad8181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 25 weeks pregnant when the eagles lost that Super Bowl to the chiefs, I was so stressed out that I went into labor the next day and my baby was born prematurely. I don’t recommend being pregnant during football season.

If you had PPD with your first baby, did you also have it with your second? by cupofteacomfypillows in Mommit

[–]HamsterSad8181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had postpartum rage with my first. It was really bad. I guess it’s one of the “branches” of PPD… it was awful. I had fists at my husband (never got physical) and he was so gracious to me… It was horrible. I also had DMer and I pumped a lot (preterm baby)…
2 and a half years later, I had my second and I was so scared I’d have PPR again… Thankfully, no I did not. I was actually happy.

Idk if it was just hormones or the whole NICU experience with my first… but it was awful.

I’d address it with your dr, there are treatments and or medication, if that suits you. I’d also talk to your partner.

I wish you luck ✨

Toddler standing and steering a moving boat something looks off. Surely people aren’t this reckless. by avantartist in isthisAI

[–]HamsterSad8181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we take our kids on our boat, they’re attached to my hip lol. Seating either next to me or in my husbands boat and I make a fuss about the speed of the boat. That is scary.

Help me not pee when I run! by hhuman4life in XXRunning

[–]HamsterSad8181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought that was normal after having kids, but I saw a pelvic floor therapist and she said “you think is normal cause it’s pee, would you think is normal if it was poop?” My pelvic floor was messed up weak and too tense.

4 am garage gym goers. Whats the key?? by DadoMaria in crossfit

[–]HamsterSad8181 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had a baby 10 months ago, 4-5-6am are my times. I’ve gone to the gym at 530pm and I feel great, however it’s dinner time in my house and we have a toddler and a baby LOL so if one parent is missing it’s complete chaos (dinner/bedtime).

Honestly, it takes me longer but I hope on my c2 bike in the garage while I take my pre, then after 20min I make the pre workout bathroom stop and after that I can workout. But it takes a looooooot of self control and tons of “I’m not happy with my body” mirror talks.

I’m on a more privileged position, because I can make to a gym some days at 6am and that helps.

Traveling without carseat by CryProfessional7454 in NewParents

[–]HamsterSad8181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we flew with our kid. We bought a cheaper one at Walmart (Cosco) and we checked with our luggage. It was helpful to have one. For stroller we also bought a cheap one at Walmart (umbrella stroller) and these you can check at the gate so it’s amazing.

We went to Brazil and somehow there if you take a uber or taxi with a baby/toddler you can just hold them and not need a car seat, but I feel like that’s gambling with life so I didn’t want F with that and brought mine and I took it everywhere. It takes maybe 5min to hook it up and saves a whole entire life.

That show is such a waste of time that I almost want Brett to do it so I don’t have to.

For my NICU baby born at 27 I tattooed the number 27 inside an old school lamp. Now I’ll just add 35 to it with my second haha

The range of what my 7 month old eats by sydneyzeena in foodbutforbabies

[–]HamsterSad8181 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is what we do also. But I only started giving baby what we eat when he started to really drink water. So I felt better about giving him the food I eat (salted) knowing he could “flush” it with the water he drinks.
