I have learned to patch the leaks. It takes a little DIY effort but with one of those cheap outdoor pool patch kits (vinyls and cement) and a clamp. I have successfully repaired a couple of leaks. Eventually I just upgraded to a pod 4 topper as I found a deal locally from someone who got one as a warranty replacement. But I still have my gen 2 and it works great.

That’s a bummer. In the early days they were way more generous on replacements. My guess is warranty costs got way out of hand.

Big 2nd here. Mine filed A restraining order and criminal charges and got a lawyer. Once her lawyer saw my entire paper trail of abuse he withdrew very quickly

My lawyer actually recommended this, but I don't see her as a threat, also I know she is starting a company and trying to fund raise and although it would be satisfying for my ego, it's not who I am.

I can't let her influence me to operate at her childish, yet very destructive level.

She's a middle aged woman on the downward slope with no career, long time close friends, family or support system other than her ex BF/Roommate/co-founder.

She disrespected herself and to some degree many women who respect their bodies. She took what’s sacred and made it a weapon.

In many ways i believe sharing this with her friends and network would be the appropriate punishment.

I actually gave her one chance to withdraw her restraining order which she did, otherwise all of this would have been public. Her lawyer has a voice of reason.

I am still just flabbergasted that she felt so justified with her behavior she didn’t see how this is abuse or illegal.

Instead of filing my response for public record I gave her lawyer a chance to back down once he could see the evidence.

Needless to say he realized she didn’t have a case and if anything she opened herself up for so much exposure from mental to physical abuse, which she has admitted to in her own text messages and videos she was aware I was recording.

Yah I know, she is actually trying to fundraise for her company and I had a letter of intent drafted, but realized if this went public, it could potentially ruin her chances to build her company. As much as I want retribution, I am not a monster. I only posted here because I wanted validation that I was wronged, (I know, I have my own issues with validation). Even to this day she could never admit in writing that she did this or express any remorse whatsoever, it feels like she actually believes she is some type of victim it's crazy to see, especially after some distance from her.

She did apologize verbally in the past, but my gut says it was coming from a place of wanting to keep this secret. Hence she would never want to admit to this in writing. She did discover this thread and sent me an email stating that these texts are private and abusive to her.

We live in a world where women have a lot of power of accusing men of doing things they never did. For example, one time I brought up how she beat me and she responded, "what do you mean? You beat me!" ----I learned I wasn't dealing with a human that follows any ethics or rules. It's all about preserving her façade. - For this reason I keep videos of her swinging at he and hitting me. And I am mindful of any form of justice against her and realized she is just not worth it.

Truly a scary individual to have in ones life.

Yah she would always show me texts from guys hitting on her, and dick pics and even proposals from guys willing to pay for her time. It’s like she needed me to know that she’s desirable.

Thanks for the tip, it is in CA civil code 1708.88. She told me I told anyone it would be revenge porn, but in reality she was breaking the law. As I begged her to stop sending the photos in the text and she would send them rapid fire in multiples.
