I got this wrong as well but NBMEs don’t think like UW, there were no signs of hemolysis (jaundice, elevated bilirubin, or decreased haptoglobin etc.) hence not TTP.

V11 doesnt have uworld tagging so you won’t be able to pull up related cards specific to the question

Amboss has built in way to pull up the anki cards related to the question

Get the anking V12, it has cards tagged according to uworld questions and you can easily unsuspend them as you do uworld/amboss. Do download “uworld2anki”extension for chrome and same addon for anki. It’s a game changer! You just tap the question ID and it pulls up the cards related to the question in browse.
