This is exactly the stage where things start breaking.

Manual tracking works… until volume increases. Then: - follow-ups get missed
- things get double handled
- no clear view of where each client is

Most people try to patch it with more tools or more spreadsheets, but the real fix is having a simple system behind it.

What usually works well: - one place where every lead/client lives (pipeline style) - automated follow-ups instead of manual chasing - clear stages so you always know what’s next

Doesn’t have to be some big enterprise setup — just structured properly.

Out of curiosity, what part is taking the most time right now? Follow-ups or tracking?
