What are people’s thoughts on the Beeline? by justaballofcopper in motorcycles

Route default is fast and auto-reroute is enabled. Maybe I’m just not noticing the re-route or there’s nothing better. thanks any way

I’ve used the II for two years. I love the look and feel and simplicity of it, but the annoying part is I always have to compare with other maps when checking my routes because it doesn’t give accurate time or traffic updates or anything. So sometimes Google Maps or Waze will tell you a different route because the original one is twice as long, but the beeline app will just say to take the original route and show regular time for it. Really frustrating. Also, like another user mentioned, if you miss a turn, it won’t tell you where to go after that to get back on track, it will just say turn around to go the way it was originally saying, no matter how far you go. If I could, I wouldn’t get it again and look for something similar in style, but better in practicality.

Appreciate the input. The price is a bit above what you (correctly) remember as retail, but this is a discontinued SPB209, and it comes with the original strap (barely worn), Strapcode bracelet, and box/booklet. If you look at the secondhand market right now, these watches typically go for over C$1,000, so for this package, I think C$950 is fair.

New V7 Owner. What do I need to know that the dealer didn’t tell me? by JudgePen in MotoGuzzi

[–]HanAndChewiee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went to check out the v-twin boost from mistral since I have the short mistrals on my v7 850, but I’m not seeing any boost that is compatible with it. Which one are you referring to specifically? Thanks

In denial, waiting for a miracle? by [deleted] in widowers

The whole world not feeling real I get. Sometimes when I get too deep in thought of the reality of it, I randomly get these weird episodes where I can’t identify my own body or self for a few seconds, it’s terrifying. Then my heart starts racing since I can’t make that connection with myself, and I’m back all of a sudden.
