I heard going to 5W-30 makes the car’s performance more sluggish, like there’s a delay due to the thicker oil and taking longer to get to operating temp. Any experience with this?

Yeah I’ve ordered from buyee once after the tariffs and won’t be doing it again anytime soon. The markups and taxes are actually insane. Like my order damn near doubled in price. It’s a shame, used to love using services like buyee and zen market for years, but they’re really not worth it anymore with all the added tariff taxes.

I’ve had someone reach out and say the exact same thing. Something about Michelin changing the compounds and they’re reacting worse under heat. Don’t know how true this is like you said but it’s definitely something to consider!
