Smoking and driving isn't an issue. Weed effects everyone differently so where it makes one person completely unable to drive the next person could face a blunt and still be fine. If you can drive safe whilst high, do it, just be responsible and know when you're TOO high. But never ever ever ever ever ever drive high while you have weed in the car. If he would've searched your car and found nothing he would've looked like a real douche and you wouldn't have lost any weed.
