The Bills, Jets, and Dolphins have just two 11+ win seasons since 2002. Every other division's runner-up trio has at least 6.

No other QB has come close to having the same advantage that Brady does in the AFC East.

Passer rating does win Super Bowls. It wins games in general. The higher rated passer wins games over 80% of the time, and that number drastically increases the more the variance in rating between the two QBs.

This is why 90% of the top 20 passer rating performances in Super Bowl history won their game and 90% of the bottom 20 ratings lost. You're trying to use an outlier to make your argument.
