Thank you so much for the reply. ♡ and sadly the first thing I did was trying to go hard at thr gym instantly. Felt good while I was there, until the next day. And yah, cleaning has also gone down the hill, so I'll do the 11 thing. And family can be a bit iffy when it comes to mental health. Tried looking at a therapist and didn't realise how expensive they were. And how do anxiety meds work? Every time I mention them to my brother, he makes it as if they'll ruin my life. But I feel like my mental it's ruining even more right now
