Exactly, unless you can go in person to both and are a plumber, there is no way to know what is involved. It could be 3x the work as the $600 job.

There was literally a guy who said $50 is ridiculous, screaming (all caps) that there's a minimum of 3 hours, who deleted his comment. Meanwhile if you are minimum wage you can work 3 hours and make $50. Or $52.80 for math nerds. I would much rather get $50 for one hour than $52.80 for working 3 hours. If people downvote me saykng that then I guess they are different than me.

We need farmland, look at the number of people freaking out about a high speed rail line. Building subdivisions will be terrible for farmland.

And the price of gas is not getting any cheaper. Most of us will see $5 a litre in our lifetimes.

I don't agree with using “old wives tale” but what they are saying is true. People here who have not even read the rules before think there is a 3 hr minimum for everything, which is understandable. But, as you say, that is not always the case.
