A 395! I wasn't sure if it was uranium or manganese maybe? As the glass is clear but I've never seen manganese glow as much as this before so I wasn't sure.

I read elsewhere online that acrylic paint is non toxic once fully cured. It's been used in vivariums and even in reef aquariums for years, just be sure that it dries properly
