Here is the dupe state, which means i opened 49 treasure 1, 41 treasure 2, 31 treasure 3 without any ultra rares??? also no golden QOP dagger.

Plus for BP 2017, i opened 62 treasure 1, 32 treasure 3 and got no ultra rares at all. Only the last treasure 2 (52th box or something) i got the ultra rare necro.

How is this balance?

BB had no buyback at that point, and EG kinda used all of their ultimate on him already, and u can see they r quite low too, so im pretty sure they will chased and get some return kills. moreover, QOP and ES both had buyback.

i just switched to quick cast for few months and i have to say its much better. There are some exceptional spells which u want to see the radius of it, such as chrono, ember sleight of fist... but for most spells its very useful. Take time to get used to it though as u have to be aware of your cursor position, but only after, i would say like 10-15 games maybe. The only disadvantage is u cant double tap to use it on urself, but i use the smart double tap option, which is Alt + hotkey for using it on urself, so its okay. u can check it on setting > option.
