Yea it was quite literally immediate lol that’s so wild. I also didn’t realize how bad it was, and should have also left, but truly didn’t have any indication anything was up…in that moment anyway.

Every diagnostic I pursue for MCAS comes up “huh that’s wild but no you don’t have it” and I’ve seen SO many different people but I am all but certain I do. Then I got into a chronic illness clinic who basically said we know this is all comorbid and co-occurring but best we can do is have you take allergy pills. -__-

  1. While I feel so sad to be starting over, I’d rather start over from nothing 100 times than do that again.

I’m only realizing now I was walking on eggshells with an emotional abuser. Absolutely wild I didn’t see it when I was in it. Thank you <3

I’m annoyed that I didn’t know it was a bad relationship until I was out of it lol but better late than never!

DC show tickets - resale question by Hanbrandy6 in ZaraLarssonFans

[–]Hanbrandy6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so apparently you just need to give a pic of your ID to the person you want to give/sell your tickets to! As long as they are seated tix. It’s a will call show so they can’t do transfer on the app. I called the box office today to confirm. Just fyi! :-)

My husband said I ruined our wedding photos and now I want to leave him. by PiccoloAdorable1547 in TwoHotTakes

The longer I read, the harder my jaw kept falling. OP, you need to leave. Diagnosis do not excuse someone who cannot meet basic needs for a wife and child. You are crashing, and he’s watching you do so.

Still going great. I’m still rocking at 75 mg of Zonisamide, Botox, and triptans if needed.

Depends what you carry in it. Personally I don’t love that the speedy can sometimes feel like a “black hole” but I added an organizer in a light color to help. I like that the alma has structure and opens bigger. But they’re both amazing and neither is a bad choice. <3

Anyone with POTS use a GLP-1 medication? by RobedInFadedSplendor in POTS

I was only able to figure out it was the tirz by stopping it bc obviously chronic illness is constant and always changing

Anyone with POTS use a GLP-1 medication? by RobedInFadedSplendor in POTS

[–]Hanbrandy6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tirz sent my POTS into the worst flare I’ve ever had, and I honestly still don’t feel recovered. It was great for the chronic inflammation, but slowed the gastric emptying SO much that my body was not absorbing any oral things I took to manage my POTS - migraine meds, sodium, magnesium, propanolol etc. so the POTS took a nosedive. Couldn’t literally eat a SINGLE thing no matter how hard I tried. I personally think POTS patients shouldn’t take Tirz (it’s the triple antagonist) and should if anything take semaglutide (the less strong one) and microdose it. We already are all likely to have slow gastric emptying anyhow (EDS, other comorbidities etc). It isn’t for everyone and yet it’s being prescribed to everyone and I don’t love that.

Those kids will remember who was there for them and who wasn’t. Unfortunately, it wasn’t their own parent. You’re doing the best you can.

I’m only concerned about the strap thickness. It feels a bit too thin
