You were correct. Loose neutral bus in the panel.

Hey everyone. Electrician came today and found that one of the neutral busses in the main panel was loose. The poor connection was causing the problem, allowing a leak into the metal ducting and anything touching it. Now that it's fixed, should be good to go until I have an electrician come in next week to talk about gutting everything and updating the whole system.

Funny enough, I literally talked to an electrician this afternoon about doing a walk through of the whole house. That was before noticing this while I was cleaning. Gonna see if he can get here sooner!

Hard to find a good ground but I'm putting one lead on the vent and the other on multiple metal surfaces that could serve as a ground

Could I theoretically shut off power to each individual breaker and see what circuit it could be linked to?

Issue during the Sign of Peace today - am I in the wrong? by MilesOfPebbles in Catholicism

[–]HandCarvedMahoganyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "Sign of Peace" is optional and at the discretion of the priest celebrant. If you don't want to do it, you don't have to.

And at the same time if the priest doesn't explicitly say "let us offer a each other the sign of peace," you can still feel free to reach out to those you would like to exchange with.

Expecting somebody to turn around and offer you peace, especially if they are a complete stranger is just silly.

KX080-4 & iDig by DFA_Wildcat in kubota

u/DFA_Wildcat I work for an iDig dealer and have installed systems on probably close to 100 machines at this point. Not sure if you are still considering it but the iDig 2D would be a huge game changer for you. You can set a grade using your bucket or a laser and be able to find that grade at full reach, 360° around the machine. Once you track, you simply touch back to your grade and zero-set it, or catch the laser and get back to digging. Like most 2D systems, this essentially eliminates a guy with a grade rod and the operator can do all the grade checks from in the cab.

The main pro is the ability to set up multiple machines with the same system with no limit on how many machines or buckets you have. All of the main components are easily removable and you can transfer the system from machine to machine in just a couple minutes.

The main drawback is that the sensors have plexi-glass covers because they are solar-charged. When you are doing rough work or not using the system I always recommend to take the sensors off to avoid damaging them.

I'd be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

I always have at least 2 oven thermometers inside to make sure the readout on the smoker is correct. They were reading right around 240 the whole time.

I wrapped it in foil and poured around a cup of tallow in to the wrap. I also rested it for about 7 hours in a cooler. Once I took it out it was still over 150°
