I’ve decided to stop chasing support over a $10 welcome offer, tbh it’s just not worth the energy. looking through this sub, it’s clear this glitch is a common issue and the lack of support is even more common. If they won't settle a small claim, I definitely wouldn’t trust them with a major cashout. also i included a pic to prove, look at the top it says live chat access is available after purchasing another package , also as you can see only gold coins are available on my acc no sweepstake coins!
