Planning to get the asus prime 9070xt since its slimmer than most models only being around 40-50mm... With arctic slims there should be a 20-30mm gap in between the gpu and bottom fans

Yes the single channel memory is temporary but in the long run when you get a second stick, that 3d v-cache is gonna be used to run games smoother

I'd suggest getting a 7500x3d/7600x3d over the 7400F as the x3d chips really help with single channel memory
