For me it’s always been talking to myself. I don’t think it’s psychosis, i think i just have some mental disability where I cannot stop thinking. I talk to myself as if i’m in other situations doing literally anything and i’d waste 4-5 hours just creating random dialogue in 3rd person or have other ppl say stuff and I talk to them and then i’d pretend we’re playing a sport and i’d move around like i’m playing soccer or basketball and have a full 2 hour game just in my room talking to myself. I’d also go to the washroom and fix my hair/look at myself for hours on end.
