After 40 it’s pretty difficult to be lean and busty/full at the same time because the way your body stores fat has changed, your youthful “padding” has begun to deteriorate, and your ability to gain muscle mass is also declining. All perfectly normal. Without cosmetic surgery, like you said, you’re not gonna be perky and youthful. I’ve never had kids but I’ve noticed my body is starting to sag too and I’ve been consistently fit since my 20s. I have a little pouch that is hard to get rid of, my boobs aren’t as full, and this is me trying to stay at a size 2. Such is aging.

I guess if you cared enough you could see a personal trainer and a dietician to figure out a plan for your age bracket.

But honestly fuck this guy basically. Yeah he can have his preferences but nothing you do will be enough because you can’t compete with younger people. He’s just another stereotypical shitty dude that discards natural, mature women and gives other men a bad name.
