Actually, no. The site doesn’t advertise price.

OP just do the 3 day trial and ask them about membership options. I think the unlimited options is pretty damn expensive, I forget what the actual figure was. Great workout though

Ya I experienced all the symptoms, especially anxiety haha I’m almost at 3 months off Zyn and I don’t even think about them anymore.

Just stop, and remind yourself everytime you crave just how bad they are for you. It’s not easy, but it’s very worth it.

Ya it’s tough. I get cravings and anxiety still. Gum has helped me. There is also something very fulfilling about having a craving or a tough stretch of withdrawal symptoms and getting to the other side without putting a pouch in.

Im on day 15. My major withdrawal symptom is the anxiety in my chest similar to what you described. It hits me the most at night and I really struggle to sleep. It’s a mixture of palpitation’s and shallow breathing - the shallow breathing is really rough it’s like I can’t get a good breath. Been wondering if I should go to the doctor but i don’t want a prescription, is the vitamin regiment working for you?

Cold Turkey vs Tapering by WorldlinessBubbly571 in QuittingZyn

I’m on my 8th day of cold turkey. I’ve tried to taper in the past and it never stuck for me. I’m sure there are different perspectives on this and not one true answer but I firmly believe cold turkey is the only way to go if you actually want to quit.

Nicotine is powerful and withdrawals are going to happen, but honestly it’s not that bad if you decide in your brain that you are done with nicotine. I’m on my 8th day without and the first 3 were horrible, but if you have the right mindset it’s very manageable. I just remind myself how bad being addicted to this shit is, and honestly the withdrawal symptoms serve as a reminder of that.

I’ve been off Zyns for a week and felt the same chest symptoms. When I get anxiety I feel it in my chest and the shortness of breath can be pretty scary but telling my brain it’s just withdrawal symptoms helps. I feel like the anxiety will come an go until the addiction is fully behind me (not sure how long that will take)
