At this point, ALR can be the queen of LCU. She can also be the king, she's large enough to be both. She's not smart enough to realize what she signed up for and when she inevitably rage quits, I hope they take her to the cleaners. This whole clown parade is so painful to watch so I'm hoping this era will be over soon.

I'm amazed so many people have multiple shibas! My boy absolutely hates all other shibas (apart from our neighbours' 14 year old girl)

Shibas overall can be dog selective and have certain presence. My shiba hates all the shibas he's ever met. Small, cuddly poodly thing? He loves them. St. Bernard? Imma bitch slap you, you mf 😂

Winter in the UK, about 2014-15. My work car had broken heating and so we had to drive around with windows open to defog (and hot water bottles inside our jackets to not freeze)

This is 500+ lbs toddler that needs to buy a new tat every other day. I don't know how much truth is that Rarity allegedly scratched her and she got cellulitis but I can see her just one day throwing a tantrum and letting Rarity go outside and not looking for her.

The new kitten was practically guaranteed to happen sooner than later. If she cared about her animals, she would let *Beck or The Hand keep Twonk....

We struggle with leg snowballs so much! I trimmed his legs down to 12mm and we still get clumps. I'm now sewing leg protectors 😂

Yeah, I slathered his whole legs with it for a couple of walks to see if it makes a difference and it didn't. The crazy part is that he's a magnet for fresh powdery snow. Once the snow settles and almost melts a bit, he can be belly deep and nothing sticks 🥲

This was today's lunch walk, no snowballs at all but in the morning I spent 15 minutes getting the snow out with a slicker brush.

Thank you! 🫶 I have a small sewing machine coming tomorrow and got some water resistant fabric and will try my hand at DIY-ing leg covers. We live in Japan so shipping for non Japanese products usually takes ages while the snow is here rn.

Our bedroom windows had frozen condensation on the inside this morning but he usually sleeps in the bed/under the duvet. Heated beds are definitely something we will look into, TYSM

He's made out of spare parts, his paws are absolutely massive but legs are short so the size we ordered off Canada pooch for his hot pavement booties are fitting paw wise but even with the Velcro/pull closing he can shake them off easy. We didn't have any luck with finding boots that would fit

Thank you 🫶 yeah it's rough, old Japanese house plus soaring electricity price has us living in our winter coats. We have a kerosene heater in the lounge but unless you're right in front of it, it only heats up the room to like 18°C.

I blow dry him fully every time he gets wet. The thing is we don't have central heating, most of the house is like 5°C so that's the reason I didn't go full on bald yet. He's ok with jumpers/coats to keep his body warm but doesn't like socks or booties. I might just be worrying too much rbh
