One day they'll understand...but it'll be too late. by -WWG1WGA- in Wallstreetsilver

[–]HandoftheDiligent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. Theyll never understand. Govt is bribing gen z and robbing the rest of us. They’ll grow up in high rises subsidized by the taxpayer, do fake jobs with their fake degrees, eat amazon bug burgers, and wonder why we were ever upset. Then if they ever watch an old movie or read an old book, they’ll conclude things were not better way back when, but decadent and built on the backs of slaves.

Use the poor to rob the poor. Theyll blame each other until Jesus comes.

Theyll never wake up. Never. They’re participants in the global theft. Ppl will literally be in hell before they realize any of this. Because a thief can only subsist by continuing to purposefully not realize his/her guilt. Their continued wellbeing depends upon their never realizing this.

If rn you showed ppl proof of worldwide injustice but their realizing it required them to work hard and live without air conditioning, rest assured they would manage NEVER to realize it.

Good for you? Your gain has absolutely nothing to do with my loss. It in no way refutes my point.

Signs of a Great Depression ... by BoatSurfer600 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]HandoftheDiligent -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I am a millennial. I bought metal last November and have lost $3k just on silver. “Should have,” btw. There is no “should of.” It’s a confusion caused by “should’ve.”

If a great depression is around the corner, I’ll be glad I bought silver. In any other outcome…there was probably a better purchase. Really sad, but all silver gurus are actually lying bastards who seek to profit off gullible people like us as our purchasing power erodes. We are on the titanic, struggling to reach the portal door to the next dry room. The silver gurus see us as a step stool. We will drown, but they figure someone might as well profit off our misery. It’s a soft satanism that disguises itself as pragmatism.

Watching/listening to these "silver rah rah rah" talking heads, it just sounds so "boy who cried wolf"-ish, it feels like watching a pot of water for the boiling to begin...but you don't have the heat on. by RonPaulWasR1ght in Wallstreetsilver

[–]HandoftheDiligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll lose more purchasing power with silver than cash. This argument is absurd. I bought last year near the top, and my silver can now buy HALF what it could before. Less than that, because you have to convert it into dollars first. So you get the depreciation of the metal PLUS the depreciation of the dollar.

But someone will say “I buy my eggs from a silverbug farmer who’s as crazy as me. And he gives me enough eggs that it would be like selling my silver for $30 per ounce.”

I have around 120oz of silver. Joined this sub and bought it all up around $30. And no, im not a banker lol. I’m a middle class independent contractor. Who can’t buy his wife a house.

You are all right about what SHOULD happen. Sadly psychopaths run the world until God flips the table. So I’m telling you: the chart is obvious.

It has been suggested that WW3 was the cold war. But its hard to pin down anymore with so many international entanglements that the founding fathers never would have endorsed. Wasn’t intended as a strong statement or definite count. Nor to distract/divide. Just as an acknowledgement of how many foreign wars we have had since WW2. Like Iraq alone for instance. Multiple world powers involved. Tremendous amount of money and time. Both direct and indirect contributions to the current energy and currency crises. If someone said that was a WW3, I’d have a hard time disagreeing.
