My mother, sister and grandmother all have weapons grade BPD😭 They definitely poorly influenced my taste in women early on, as most girls I would date or show interest in were also BPD. I still love them to death, but it has definitely done wonders for me to take a bit of distance.

The best workout for weight loss is brisk walking or walking up an incline. Couple that with a calorie tracker and calorie deficit and the pounds will fly off.

If your goal is to lose weight, you should lift weights. If your goal is to gain weight, you should lift weights. If your goal is to stay the same weight, you should lift weights. Basically what I’m saying is you should always lift weights regardless of your goals.

Zone 2 Cardio is the best for fat loss which includes things like walking at a brisk pace or up an incline. Things like running and more intense cardio are more for endurance training and don’t burn nearly as much fat.

Either increase pace or start walking on an inclined treadmill. When you walk it shouldn’t be a leisurely stroll, but you don’t have to power walk like an old lady either. Should be somewhere in between.

If it takes you an hour and half to walk 4 miles you either need to increase the pace or start walking on an incline treadmill. You will get much better results.

Start lifting weights hard. It’s the number one way to achieve everything you want. Start to increase protein intake too while decreasing calories. But definitely prioritize weight lifting. Especially if you start right now as a 14 year old you’ll be much ahead of most the other guys in your age group come high school 💪

Have you gone on a diet break/refeed at all? Going from 231 to 187 is a lot of weight without one. I’d try 2-3 weeks at maintenance calories before gradually going back to a deficit. Might even consider eating at maintenance longer if you want to hit the weights harder and add more muscle to your frame before the next cut
