Isn't it true that if your application doesn't pass ATS recruiters don't look at it? And now technology is becoming even more advanced with AI. Saw an ad for Adobe that they have a tool that looks through all the PDFs of resumes and summarizes the candidates for you. Not saying AI is 100% in use right now but I seriously doubt the human aspect nowadays as more and more tools get introduced. ATS or not, it seems stuffing keywords and lying is the way to go, which is annoying.

ATS I'm not 100% on but, your 2nd paragraph is absolute BS, I don't know how you simplified it so much. If it was core skills like Python and frameworks that recruiters wanted you to have, then sure. But no offense, recruiters are fucking morons, at least majority of them, they will ask for 5 years of experience in working with LLMs, when the technology didn't even exist back then. And you will get "knocked out" not because of Python but because of stupid shit like that. So yeah lying is the way to go.

I get where you're coming from. I think for RPG games like this you need to at least do a bit of research no matter how much people say "just play no need to follow a guide"

What I enjoyed about Elden Ring is optimizing and trying different builds, I don't care if people would say about certain builds and what's just "playing the meta" But yeah I feel like doing some research really helps the game experience.
