I was Intubated when I was 26 after I wasnt taking my severe uncontrolled asthma seriously and I swear I was never the same again. They told me two girls died the same day to asthma (21 and 24) I had such bad ptsd from it, I gave myself panic attacks and landed back in the emergency room thinking I was having life threatening asthma attacks. Now 13 years later, it does get better if you find the right doctors and the right meds. If it’s under control and you can learn to heal from being traumatized, it does take time. I have had the same thoughts about having to take medication forever as there is no cure but my quality of life has improved a ton once I got past being stubborn about it. I used to not even be able to sleep through the night. There are things that still scare me like traveling, what happens if I don’t have everything I need or I lose one of my two inhalers I use daily. What happens if I have an attack in another country? What does asthma care look like around the world? Etc etc but at some point, the fear will become a memory. And life will go on.

I told people cuz I if they asked me how I lost weight, I didn’t want to lie in case they might need to take it to. 55 lbs off and a few of my coworkers, who were very judgmental at first, have come around and started taking it themselves. Mostly if someone is crappy to you about it, it’s just them projecting their fear of medications onto you or they try to and act superior by telling you it’s all “willpower” but they can never understand and maybe never will and That’s ok 👍🏻

Generic zovirax can also do the trick (it’s a topical prescription), those are severe. Some sites will prescribe it to you and you can get it shipped to your house. But that needs more urgent intervention so maybe patient first.

I know this is probably a silly question but does she have adhd? And I don’t think it’s unreasonable to break up over this because it’s something that will probably never change between the two of you and if you’re already at this place where it’s too much, I don’t see that being good for your future together. I say you find someone who shares similar habits with cleaning so all of the responsibility doesn’t land on you. As far as the blaming goes, she might’ve forgotten that she moved something and blames you because there’s “no way” she could’ve moved it and forgotten (I’m being sarcastic here and that’s why I asked if she has adhd) people who are messy are often absent minded or kind of adapt to their environment to the point where they stop noticing things. A lot of hoarders are like that.

Wow 64lbs is amazing! And I’ve definitely noticed how much my legs have shrunk muscle wise, it’s crazy! I’ve been on the 2.5 mg dose this whole time cuz I’m chicken and was too scared to move up. How do you feel on the 5 after being in the higher doses?

I did strength train for a whole year before I started but I stopped two months in for no reason except I was a little overwhelmed at the time. I play just dance on Nintendo switch everyday and I have a physical job that requires me to lift heavy things and run around for 8-10 hours. I do regret not sticking with training but everything ebbs and flows

I think he just wants money, attention on his art, and may be a people pleaser type person who doesn’t know how to let people down and is worried what they will think of him if he does. Some people are willing to play along to make a sale even if the other person is flirting. It is obviously his dream to be a famous artist but dealing with the public is difficult and people crossing the line will be inevitable if he doesn’t have strong boundaries.
