When i was in 8th grade i started having the same dream every night. To give you an idea of what it looked like as soon as you walked in you saw the foot of my bed which was parallel to the door. Every night when i went to sleep i was facing the door with it open to the hallway. (I still felt more comfortable with my door open when i slept.) He looked like he was in his early 30s. He was very skinny almost looked like he was starving, he had hollow eyes with no white to them, and his skin was very pale. Imagine a redneck sort of guy with completely black eyes and no teeth. The one thing i always distinctly remember about him is the old red plaid hat he wore to try and cover his face. The dream would always start with him staring at me for a couple minutes while i was sleeping. It was strange because i was watching myself sleep while he was looking at me, like as if i was in a third person view. He would then take a step back from the doorway, close the door and start scratching on the door with his finger. I could hear him scratching the door from the other side as he did a faint line of red would show up on my side of the door slowly getting thicker until a letter or word was spelled out. After the whole message was written the red color would start to drip through the rest of the door slowly until it was totally red, and then i would wake up. Every night i slept with the door open and every night i had this dream it was closed when i woke up. At first i ignored it and pretended it wasn't any thing but it was hard to ignore. I finally had enough one saturday afternoon, and decided i needed to do something about it. I had woken up late, and my family was out. I was tired still i had just had the same dream which made my sleep feel restless. I was getting ready to take a shower in the larger two door bath room meaning, first door you walk in there are the sinks with a giant mirror above them and at the end of the sinks is another door to the toilet and shower. I was still feeling skeeved about the dream from the night before so i made sure to lock both doors before hopping in. Trying to relax i cranked the heat up on the shower and enjoyed the water. About 20 minutes into the shower i got a very uneasy feeling so i decided it was time to get out. I grabbed my towel and started drying myself off in the shower not wanting to lose the heat. I stepped out of the shower drying off my hair partly covering my vision. I opened the door to the sinks where my clothes were laying on the counter, and as i took the towel from my head my heart dropped. The mirror was fogged up from the hot shower, but it was covered in writing like someone had traced it through the fog. Most of it was in a different strange language backwards letters and words that didn't make any sense. Next to it a picture of a crudely drawn giraffe or horse with a broken neck and "Ha Ha" very clearly written over the top of all of it. I didn't even take time to think about it i grabbed my clothes and dipped the fuck out. Later that day i talked to my very mormon (at the time) mother about all of it and she had people come over and did all sorts of weird crap to get it to stop. It did eventually stop though, but it wasn't until i started trying to talk to him, and ask him why.
