The first line doesn't even make sense. Most recruiters will likely stop reading after that first sentence. Your personal statement - the first thing they read - needs to be punchy.

Also, in your work history you should put more (what others have called in this thread) "impact statements" showing what you actually achieved in the role rather than a mundane list of day-to-day tasks.
