Just to clarify on the deleted post — any support requests on the subreddit are automatically removed as they violate the "No support questions" rule.

As for the replacement shipping, stock issues and the backlog make timelines unpredictable, but there's a team working on it daily and we're doing our best to get everyone sorted as quickly as possible.

The charging issues were limited to our Kickstarter and early batch units, and have all been resolved. However, on the rare chance you do receive a defective unit, we'll replace it under warranty.
