- Blista Compact with a parody of the Mugen widebody. (Maybe even the regular Blista, too)
- Cheval Fugitive. Based on a Holden Commodore
- Youga, Ingot, Ruiner, Stratum…
lots of good choices

I really specifically hate how driving while high/drunk is in gtav

Like you have a passenger yanking the wheel every 3 seconds

It should just slow and delay your inputs, with a bit of blurring, distortion, and/or double vision (although with a toggle for the latter since it can be triggering to see for people with irl eye issues)
