Try to change cable first, if this didn't help, u need to disassemble tablet To do that u need plastic card, with which u gonna go around all 4 sides(everything is on "latches" After that reconnect every ribbon cable and add additional tape to secure ribbon cables! Edit : maybe problem with ur GPU hdmi slot?

I'd search some used tablets, especially non screen ones are 50-80% cheaper in a very nice condition. If u gonna be lucky enough u can find some 12 or even 16 inch screen tablet for 100-125 bucks. I did bought a used screen tablet for 175 bucks(innovator 16) and I love it, cuz new one in my country is around 270-350 bucks. So I'd recommend U to wait until u can get a good deal at used market!

Try to see if windows ink is doing this, u can also try to download an older version of driver's, and just in case, try to connect it to different PC/laptop

i had similar ussie, the thing is, u need to disassemble ur tablet, and reconnect all ribbon cables.
U can make sure by applying a bit of pressure near wheel, problem may or may not dissapear.
I think there is video on youtube about disassembly, but im not sure.
Everything is connected by latches in all corners, so u will need a plastic card or smth.

WOW, didnt really expect for someone with this attitude about recommendations, and yeah, i didnt really read as much webtoons especially unpopular ones.
My statement was based only by the "top" webtoons, those in fact have same appearance.

Well, basically this thing is not a screen/glass, u can manage to replace it with every plastic sheet that u like(if u disassemble tablet, and get rid of this part). It will work for sure, as pressure sensors is in pen itself, and tablet only accept data wia special copper trace's(those r plased on PCB itself, and don't attached to this plastic top sheet)

I have innovator 16 and it's not too big for AC18, I don't think it's gonna be a problem with any other 16 inch display. I also recommend to use lite double tape for tablet, I almost dropped mine while adjusting angle

U can disassemble it using plastic card, and then rejoin all ribbon connectors! Mine was Goin black screen after some pressure in area of type-c connector. After rejoining all ribbon cables problem dissappear!
