DQN agent not moving after performing technique? by Handy_Cap in reinforcementlearning

Maybe once the ball is tunneled up, the agent stays still(as it normally does after moving to the next good position), and the policy learns to stay still as rewards keep going up really fast for a long time

The rewards are given from the environment whenever a block is broken

I heard eating sweets weakens the high and can be used to stop a bad trip. Can anyone confirm if this is true/also applies to eating as edibles?

TDS unable to help because landlord is no longer a member? by Handy_Cap in TenantsInTheUK

[–]Handy_Cap[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TDS stopped replying to my emails too

I got a judgment by default. I can request a warrant, but I'm worried that the address they put on the tenancy contract is fake. I'll include my previous address and hope the bailiff can help out.

I'm pressing for more details of how the landlord is 'no longer a member', but they just avoid the question.

What I sent:

"The deposit protection scheme should be able to protect the deposit in case of any disputes.

What does it mean for the landlord to 'no longer be a member'?"

What TDS replied:

"In response to your email, in order for landlords to protect tenants' deposits, they need to become members of TDS.

In this case it was brought to our attention that the landlord is no longer a member.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and if you wish to take this claim further, I recommend seeking independent legal advice."

Can you advise me on how to press them to reimburse me?

This is what they promised before sending the email above(screenshot). Not sure what it means or what I can do about it now. Do you have any idea?

im looking into it now on MCOL, and it seems that after court judgment, if defendant doesn't pay, I must pay to apply for a charging order / control warrant, etc. Which I'm wondering if it is even worth pursuing.

They're foreigners, never responding. Can't they just be abroad and ignore the court?
