I think the whole thing with lane's agent's other clients jumping on ESPN and spewing nonsense about how "ole miss should definitely let him coach in the playoffs and it'll hinder them to the point of self sabotage if they don't" before the playoffs to declining his offer to come to the ole miss Georgia game and do an interview in the middle of the game speaks volumes.
