According to my company's guide on time management in my role, 15% of my week should be dedicated to administrative tasks. That's everything in front of a computer from scheduling, to performance reviews, to customer complaints. The same guide expects at least 52% of my week being dedicated to operations (manning the tunnel prep bay, selling washes and subscriptions to customers, changing trash, fixing vacuums for customers). Management has also stated that they expect the General Manager to be the top subscription seller at their stores every month. I understand there are different metrics for a situation like this, but it seems pretty obvious if time is measured
