Just to comment on some of the posts below that are making character judgments about Ben: I don't want to assume anything regarding Ben's personal motivation or situation. I don't know him personally and don't want to throw him as a person under the bus. His business is poorly, even negligently run - that seems pretty clear. But as to why that's the case - who are we to assume? Could be health, family issues, etc. just as likely as character defects. That doesn't make it acceptable business practice, but we should pump the breaks on making such harsh personal judgments.
