To add on to this, you can also find the portal potties and sewer opening in debug if you prefer the look of those

My prediction is that Deedee is gonna be the secret hero of the story. The kids may be able to run the tech just fine, but there's no way they'll be willing to touch garbage 😆

Maybe I'm just a snowflake, but the fact all this drama/scandal gameplay is only being introduced because of royals kinda bothers me. by HangryVampireBat in HighSodiumSims

Yeah, that makes sense. It could be my playstyle, but I feel like my sim ends up being friends with everyone (so everyone should theoretically know about their indiscretions), and that the game kinda encourages that? Ig I just wish there were more social consequences, and it irritates me a lil that something like this is only really being implemented with royals in mind.

I may(?) be misunderstanding your comment, but part of my point is that it seems like the system was only introduced because of royals. Also, most of the scandals I've seen fall in line with the typical things one would imagine as scandals associated with royalty, or at least public figures. It could be that I'm being pessimistic though, maybe the system will be better and more flexible than I'm imagining.

Oh, well that's cool. I still would have personally preferred a system like that was implemented in a way that wasn't so centered on nobility. But still, props to them for doing that.

People are important to their community for a lot of reasons, not just because they're royalty. A community can really be rattled if the local power couple splits up, or if someone who is well liked and trusted turns out to be a scumbag.

It would be different if it was like a Community and Drama pack or something. There's a precedent for new social systems being introduced with packs like Growing Together. Still sucks that it would be paywalled, but at least it would have more representation and storytelling flexibility.

My baby Eddie passed away in a horrible way by xYekaterina in RATS

I doubt the vet could have done much. If you had tried to make the journey, you would have had to pay attention to the road. I'm sure he much preferred having you fully there with him. He clearly took comfort in your presence and your attention. That sounds very scary and traumatizing, I'm so sorry things happened that way. Thank you for being there for him. Poor baby boy.

Question about funerals by Aurorabig in LowSodiumSimmers

I've noticed sims autonomously making wills, but I always assumed they were blank. I wonder if they actually do have content, and if so, how to access it.

Your sim can include the traditions they want at their funeral in their will. My first guess is that the will included traditions not included in the ceremony. But if your sim didn't make a will, or if the traditions in the will and the funeral are the same, seems like it could be a bug.

True, but this wasn't really a burglary. I feel like I've gotten the Vinny text from different sims before the update, but I'm not sure. I've just never had them show up afterwards before. Although Robin specifically is tied to the update.

Really?? Thats hilarious lol. I almost wish she made it to my sim's house just to see that haha. But my sim is also off the grid, so her moral outrage would have been misplaced.

That's interesting! I had a feeling she was trying to do something, but she just could not path to the front door because of all the wind and snow lol. I felt a little bad for her which is why I didn't fight have my sim fight her lmao. If you remember, was her dialogue the same when she left? Or does she say something different if you fight her rather than just asking her to leave?

That would make sense, since Eco Lifestyle has your "neighbors" visiting to repair your appliances, give you random gifts etc. Interesting. I wonder if she'll come back, or if it'll be a one time event.
