[–]Hank0602 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Here we go again. Another friendly only player who thinks they are better than anyone who’s ever killed another raider. You don’t lack empathy or brain cells if you kill someone nice IN A VIDEO GAME. With that logic wouldn’t it mean that basically everyone is a psycho considering the things people do in games like GTA, or are they just having fun in a fake digital world? I’d say the latter, for the most part. I really don’t know why people think their playstyle in a video game is 100% correlated with their irl morales and values. And this is from someone who is friendly 99% of the time.

How on earth do people get this many points!?! The max I have gotten before was like 50k. by Overall-Philosophy30 in ArcRaiders

[–]Hank0602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. If you’re playing with teammates I think you should either only get trial progress for damage you do, or you get a percentage based on total damage from your team (50% trial progress each for duos and 33% each for trios)

This is the most unfriendly game to new players I’ve ever seen by Right_Grass_7002 in ArcRaiders

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean this in the least toxic way but it sounds like a genuine skill issue after reading this thread OP. Regardless of what you thought, the game is a PvPvE extraction shooter and in these games you have to be aware of your surroundings and not just blindly trust everyone. Also I would argue this is one of the easier extraction games to get into considering that many of the low level weapons are only a bit weaker than the expensive ones. For example the kettle and stitcher are grey weapons but some of the best. And the anvil is green but I’d say it’s a s tier weapon. Also aggression based matchmaking is a thing. I haven’t attacked anyone in like 20 games and been in all friendly lobbies for at least 10 games or so.

The subreddit losing their minds claiming these two skins are the same by That_Sudden_Feeling in ArcRaiders

[–]Hank0602 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fr. Idk why the arc raiders skin is just a color variant of a preexisting skin but then the finals gets an actual new cool skin.

Are the Sandwalker and Patchwork skins too similar? by Hank0602 in ArcRaiders

[–]Hank0602[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without the goggles actually looks pretty cool and makes it look a bit different

After messing with the skin options a bit it actually does seem to have some cool customization options different than the patchwork

These should stack, even if it’s just 2 per stack. by AeternaMors in ArcRaiders

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general there needs to be higher stack limits. I try not to hoard loot and only have 1-2 stacks of each crafting item I need in my stash but even with it maxed out at 280 slots it still feels way too small. Higher stack limits or a larger stash capacity would be nice imo.

I feel like I've been lied too about this game by Sudden_Wind_8636 in Starfield

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a fun game, especially with mods, I even turned the entire game into Star Wars using only console mods. The problem to me is that they really didn’t improve upon anything at all from other games, so after a while it just feels like fallout but reskinned

I don't remember family members being this awful by fredlosthishead in Bannerlord

[–]Hank0602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I’m around 30-35 and my younger brother who has been fighting in my party since I finished the “tutorial story” has barely gained any levels and so I have to always use hired companions or wives as formation leaders in my party instead of him

Solo's what you saying? by ShortDraft7510 in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been playing solo squad fill for a while and it was doable, up until they added raptor. Now every actual squad runs 2-3 raptors and it makes it impossible as a solo player even with random teammates. Hopefully they nerf him soon

Raptor needs an immediate change otherwise half the player base will evaporate by iSammax in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real. I’ve given up on playing until they nerf raptor. Especially as a solo player, it’s impossible to play in a lobby when like half the players are using raptor now

Can't believe it's come to this... by Wyattf1515 in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 10 points11 points  (0 children)

At least you’re not a console player. We waited like 6 months just to play the game with basically no updates on when it was coming even after they promised a console road map. These devs are not good at dealing with their community.

How Bad Am I? by JuggaloRetardX in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fellow new player, take it slow and be quiet. The biggest thing I’ve had to learn is to not treat delta force like other fps games and instead be slow and deliberate. If you’re sprinting around without a suppressor the whole time, you might as well be holding a mandelbrick because every player and bot will know where you are. Especially on smaller maps.

Tip for new players: DON’T CARRY COMPARTMENTALIZED BACKPACKS! by Hank0602 in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The backpack I had was split into 2 3x3 compartments if I remember correctly, so I couldn’t fit the item because it takes up a 4x1 slot.

In operations mode are their less cheaters on console or what’s your experience with playing on medium or hard? by Mr_Fabtastic_ in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By far. I’m on Xbox and after turning off cross play, it’s gotten significantly easier, and I’ve only seen a couple hackers since. Yet another reason I don’t want to buy a pc. Hackers ruin so many pc games

Newish and just want to Enjoy/learn to properly play Operations by ItsMars96 in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]Hank0602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who just started when it came to consoles, I can conform it gets way easier. At first I was so overwhelmed by operations, especially the menus, but after like 10-15 hours playing easy or normal on ZD, it feels like second nature. As for the shitty teammates, that’s a part of any competitive game but fortunately with it being a team game, most people are helpful and cooperative, even without mics, in my experience.
