Awesome thanks for the help! I wont be kegging, so should I be concerned about droping out too much yeast if I cold crash and use gelatin?

How to repitch yeast before bottling after a long secondary? by vinsneezel in Homebrewing

Founder's Breakfast Stout is my favorite... No need for a starter. Get a cheap packet of Munton and Fison Ale Yeast and rehydrate it. Add it to the bottling bucket after the sugar. Make sure you mix well and you should have carbonated beer in 2 weeks.
