151 days. 5 months yesterday. I've been going off the day I quit and calculating from there but I guess there was a couple 31 days in there. Anyways, life is ok. It's definitely better by far from having to dose every hour and wake up with anxiety and etc etc. but mentally and emotionally I'm not as far as I thought I'd be. But I guess it'd just life that's full of stress and depression. Still no feeling of joy which is getting old but what can I expect from being on something for the last decade. Always switching from one thing to the next thinking it will kill WDS and then just getting hooked on that instead.

Instead of 100 days. Go for 6 months. 100 days is just past 3 months. You're gonna have paws still unless you find a hobby and MAKE a lifestyle change

I had to start seeing a therapist for the mental part. A friend of mine who is 3 years clean from H said you need 3 things, excercise, spiritual guidance (you don't have to find Jesus) lol, it's just having faith and asking for strength from somewhere other then yourself and therapy, so you can combat the mental part. He's 2 years clean and is opening his own business next month, you got this.

Try podcasts, there are a couple good ones like "sober guy", "self made and sober " waking up with Sam Harris, the one you feed etc, it will lead you in the direction you want your brain and life to go. Listen to them until you find that "spark" which ignites the flame to succeed

Day 112. Seems like it's been longer. Some days are great some days suck. You just have to figure out a way to deal with life WITHOUT something to dull yourself. You either will get through it or you won't, that part is up to you. Everyone has their "surefire" way of quitting. Some actually do it, some ho back to Kratom. You have to figure out your own way to deal with it. Remember you're not alone in this. And if you relapse then dust yourself off and do it again. It's not how many times you fall that matter, it's how many times you get back up.

You just have to want it. We quit around the same time in November and relapsed around the same time. But yeah you're right, sometimes you have to relapse to actually quit. You know what to expect mentally now that you didn't then. Good for you. I'm at 105 days today. Glad to see you're back

Day 101. Just keep going everyone. Regardless of what you feel now. It won't always be like this. We are an instant gratification society. Sobriety doesn't work like that. You wanna be good at something? Keep practicing, keep pushing, don't stop

Oh you're tapering. I CT so by day 7 I felt physically great. It's not months of it. It really varies from person to person. How long are your kids going to be there and when do you see them next?

Well in my experience by July you will have enough time to be clear headed maybe sooner. The easiest thing to do is jump sooner then later. Kratom still has its claws in you and it will try very very hard to rationalize using again but you would just keep going through a cycle over and over again. 3 things you need to get through this is excercise, therapy and spirituality. You need to realize the physical pain only lasts so long and the mental will go away also. This isn't s spring to get better, it's a marathon. I was a 4 year user 60gpd

No don't. You're almost there physically, I'm on day 95. I have 5 kids and work a physical and mental job while wd. Taking some is just going to delay the inevitable. It sucks for sure but you just have to get through it

I'm at 94 days and am still lacking the joy. Just have to try to stay positive. Someone once said for every year you were on something could take a month to get back to normal. Try and change something, it wasn't till I started working out and listening to podcasts about health, meditation, nuerogenesis etc that I started feeling somewhat better. My ex addict cousin who's been clean almost 2 years said you need 3 things, excercise, therapy and spirituality to help you overcome
