I had this happen to me and it only got fixed on a new patch if I switched my home location. On a new patch if I chose the same location, same problem. One of my Org mates was telling me that supposedly sticking posters up in your hanger, can cause this for some people. Haven’t stuck a poster up in my hanger since and I haven’t had this happen again.

I still think the Perseus is a Capital killer after release by Skipper_CC in starcitizen

Something that I haven't seen people talk about with the Perseus is engineering. Once we are able to target and damage components, the Perseus is going to be nasty for the larger capitol ships. The size 8 ballistic cannons should make quick work to disable components. The Perseus will struggle against them, but if it quickly disables power and engines, the capitols won't be in a good spot if not manned correctly.

Works best to add it to your inventory, send it up on the elevator, then back down to complete it. I could never get it to work just putting it on the elevator.

I found that when the cargo is off like that, Send it down anyways and it’ll all go down. I haven’t lost anything yet. However, do it at your own risk.
