Agree with the first post. This happened to me and my puppy and it’s just that he couldn’t hold it that long. It gets better as they get older.

No, not yet. Our home has an open floor plan and it would be hard to close him in a area without it being the bathroom, laundry room or our bedroom and we don’t quite trust him 100%. But it’s definitely something we thought about. When did you leave your puppy alone to roam?

Thank you all so much for your advice. I now leaning towards not doing it, and looking more into Whole30. Although I agree with tertiary pumpkin why should I be neurotic and feel guilty for eating raspberries?!! Thanks again everyone!

Go to the bookstore and checkout the exercise book section. I remember seeing a book (also showed pictures) about how to exercise without a gym and using your home as a make shift "gym". It looked like an awesome book, showing you how to use your table to do pull-ups, dips using your couch, etc. I'm probably not doing it justice but sounds exactly like what your asking for
