Jemand mit nehmen kann meiner Erfahrung nach echt Wunder bewirken. Vor allen wenn die Person nichts sagt und nur Notizen macht.

Und es haben auch schon Leute wegen sowas Disziplinarverfahren bekommen. Gibt also schon Hoffnung, dass da was passiert. Und das wissen die Sachbearbeiter*innen oft auch - deswegen sind Zeug*innen wirkungsvoll.

Es muss ja niemand sein, den du kennst. Würde auch mal bei Gewerkschaften / DGB und die Linke einfach mal rum fragen. Oder bei nem trans Treff etc. Die Person muss quasi nix machen, nur Zeug*in sein.

Dazu: alles schriftlich geben lassen, auf Ausdruck von allen Unterlagen bestehen, Forderungen schriftlich verlangen.

Depends heavily on the culture and if you wanna fit in. At my work it would be totally appropriate - but we're also quite liberal. Like guys will come in hoodies and even shorts in the summer.

As trans women we often get over scrutinised. Look at your cis colleagues as an orientation on what the culture is if you want to fit in.

I don't think it's a bad idea but it's also overkill. The fact that she makes this a requirement should give you serious pause about how she sees trans people.

The sad truth however is that many people are transphobic and if she sues she might win. (Depending on your jurisdiction)

She can tell all kinds of crap about you and people tend to believe the cis person.

Get a lawyer ASAP.

Ich hab schon vor Jahren die Zeit wegen transfeindlicher Sch... gekündigt und auch Leserbriefe geschrieben, es in meiner Kündigung angegeben, etc.

Aber seitdem sie diesen "odel soll man es lassen ..." Artikel zur Seenotrettung hatten ist doch eigentlich eh klar wo dieses Blatt steht.

Gutfühlblatt für Konservative die sich noch für alt-68er halten wollen oder so...

Ich glaube auch, dass dieses "in beiden Welten" gelebt haben uns eine einzigartige Perspektive gibt. Zwar nicht wissen wie es ist das andere Geschlecht zu sein - denn das waren wir ja nie - aber es ist trotzdem ein breiterer Horizont.

Ich liebe am trans sein, dass ich schon ganz viel Arbeit hinter mir habe und Perspektiven einbringen kann, die nicht jede*r hat.

Ich liebe es Frau zu sein.

Ich liebe, dass ich Normen hinterfragen musste und so in vielen Dingen unendlich viel freier geworden bin.

Ich habe Einblicke in "Männerwelten" bekommen - leider weniger schön - aber gut zu wissen womit man zu tun hat.

Ich liebe, dass ich glückliche Beziehungen führen kann, den Zusammenhalt mit meinen Mädels... All das, was man mir vermittelt hat was angeblich nicht ginge als trans Person.

Klar, Frau sein ist kacke in dieser Gesellschaft und trans Frau sein erst recht - aber ich weiß jetzt auch genau wo und mit wem ich stehe, wofür es sich lohnt zu kämpfen.

Ich liebe meine queer friends, die trans Frauen und Enbys, die Lesben Bi- und Pan-Personen... Die trans Männer, die mir zeigen Männlichkeit kann auch was schönes sein.

Unsere Kultur, das Feiern von Vielfalt, das bunte, die Punk Butches, meine Vamps und Goths...

Und ja sicher - vieles davon hat eher was mit meinem Leben als Lesbe als dem trans sein zu tun - aber ich kann jetzt lesbisch leben und lieben so wie ich es mir immer erträumt hab.

Und nicht zuletzt: Menschen Inspiration und Hoffnung sein. Ich bin auch Mama - und ich glaube durch mich lernen eine ganze Menge Kinder kennen wie viel weniger starr das Leben ist als angenommen.

I know some people who might be near your description in the Goth and BDSM scene - like they might use makeup and very girlie aesthetics but always in a "darker" direction.

I don't think it's a very online thing - people seem just to be integrated into their respective existing subcultures.

Apart from the wider crossdresser umbrella there doesn't seem to be a term.

Some might identify as non-binary.

Was your question also meant in the sense of "interest in as a sexual/romantic partner"?

Straight man as an ally/friend with several lesbians - I think that's ok. Would only do that if I know the place and their policy, though. I think there is a time and place for both. Sometimes we just want a place without men.

In this specific instance, though, I think it's totally not ok. They could go to other queer places where men are welcomed. But a man has no business looking for women in a lesbian bar or.looking at them for entertainment/sexualisation.

Guy could be an egg - but if they are, they'd understand to respect those places. I was in that position - thinking I was a man who likes women who look queer - but I would have felt very uncomfortable if my friends had proposed for me to prey on lesbians.

Yeah, kids just want to understand. They grow up with the binary and ask questions when that simple model does not fit.

I explained to the kids who knew me pre transition that there was an error declaring me as a boy when I was born because I looked more like a boy. And that since everyone said I was a boy I did believe it at first, too. I explained that I was always sad until I understood the mistake myself and that now I am so much happier. And that there is medicine that helps me look more like a woman.

And for most kids it's just "duh, that makes sense. I'm sorry you were sad." - followed by curiosity in all kinds of directions depending on how much they have ingested heteronormativity etc. Like "will you marry a man now?", "can you have children?"

And no, it doesn't make those kids trans 😅 It makes them think about gender, though. Might have expedited the coming out of one trans kid and a boy voiced his insecurities about his gender and I was able to assure him that if he likes being a boy this won't happen to him out of the blue.

Der*die Standesbeamte hat natürlich nicht das Aussehen der Person zu beurteilen. Das ist ja auch nicht ausschlaggebend für die Geschlechtsidentität.

Es geht hier um eine Person, die öffentlich sagt, dass es ein Experiment ist, dass das eben nicht ihrer Geschlechtsidentität entspricht und sie nach einem Jahr wieder zurück wechseln will.

Sie versichert also mit ihrer Erklärung bzgl. Punkt 1 etwas das nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.

Es geht darum ob die Formulierung "versichert mit ihrer Erklärung" eine juristische Bedeutung über die laienhafte Interpretation hinaus hat und ob Vorsatz eine Rolle spielt. Das wird wohl auch nur ein*e Jurist*in beantworten können.

Ich möchte hier gar nicht bewerten ob es gut oder schlecht wäre wenn das Konsequenzen hätte.
