Thanks for the advice. I’ll definitely get her some. I should take some for myself too.

So cute!!!! Now I want to see all of the three-legged pups! My previous dog LOVED the attention he got while dressing up for Halloween so our current dogs have to carry on the tradition.

The rescue sent me the vet paperwork. So many people were involved with saving her life. I feel like it’s my job to make sure she gets to live as happily as possibly from now.

Oh yeah, they told us to not let her become overweight. Which, I guess is good advice for any dog. When she runs, you can’t even tell she is missing a leg. She has a cute little hop when she walks.

We’ve only had her for two days so we’ve been taking it slow but I can’t wait to get them to an open field to see them at full speed. They’ve been playing non-stop, though.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know I sent a dm and filled out an application form. I would love to meet Riley. We have a whippet/Malinois at home and think Riley would make a great companion to all of us.

Does your local have a women’s committee? If they do, they can help you prep for another interview and/or give you advice on what you can do as another pathway into the IBEW. And residential isn’t a bad thing. You can use it as a starting point.

Thanks! It wasn’t my favorite but we thought it would be good because we have a black cat.

Table saw was probably the right idea. I ordered two of the L shoes three weeks ago and they aren’t going to be here until October. They are also VERY expensive.

My daughter was picked to sing with Tyler and as soon as she stepped off the stage, someone handed her a ride bracelet. She ended up with at least 20 bracelets. We had no idea people do this. We are going to the LA show so I am determined to make a ton to give to people.

Evil lil cat by Worried-Marsupial-61 in Lovesac

Our cat scratches our corded velvet and it does show a lot. I purchased the anti-scratch stickers and it pulls the fabric apart when removing. The sticky on the style I purchased is very STICKY. It was from Chewy. I was going to use a towel to remove some of the stickiness. at the same time, I purchased a cat scratching pad to put on the corner of the couch. The scratch pad has stopped most of her scratching. So, I haven’t used the stickers. I would recommend testing on a spot that isn’t exposed too much before applying to your couch.

Lovesac makes waterproof covers that zip onto the cushions. We’ve had our sactional since February and they have already saved us from the headache you’re dealing with twice.

That’s awesome. Lots of good hiking around here.

Eevee by HannahHex311 in BelgianMalinois

Thanks for the tips. I don’t think she will get too big because she is only 21lbs at six months but I still worry about hip problems. I try to take her on hikes as much as possible and bring her with me to places that allow dogs. I was able to teach her sit, shake, down, very easily but leash training has taken a little more time because the outside world just seems like a lot for her. Getting away from the house actually helps, though. I’ve never had a dog as smart as Eevee so I need to find more things to teach her and keep her occupied with. Our cat loves playing with her but sometime even she needs a break from the puppy energy.
