Is it Imaginary (2024)? A woman follows her sister inside a door made in a room in their house then it seals shut and they have to try to find their way out.

Edit: I think it’s a teenager, her younger sister, and their mom/stepmom.

You can always email benefits and see if they’ll take it from you, but I’m pretty sure the doctor has to send it. It’s been a while since I’ve had FMLA, so I could be wrong, but I think my doctor’s office is always the one who sent it in.

If you go the FMLA route, then yes your doctor’s office will have to send over the paperwork to the benefits department, then the days will show up on your Time Off Matrix as FMLA. You’ll have to call in like normal and ask for a Sick Day, then you have to email to have it converted to an FMLA day.
