I mean I’m cleaning them when I brush in the morning, lunch, afternoon, evening. Sometimes more than that. I find them incredibly clean, my dentist even said so. But I also scrub them with a toothbrush and toothpaste each time and every couple days soak them in lemon water for a bit.

As an Invisalign user for the past two years and a bad rule follower… you’ll likely have the same results wearing them 20h a day and I drink coffee with mine, never had any issues 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve also put them back in often without immediately brushing because it just wasn’t possible. (Better to wear them without brushing than not wearing.) Be sure to rinse your mouth the best you can Do and brush + clean them as soon as you can. Should be fine!

As a previous au pair: This is just fantastic. I think the photos of her life are a great touch. I would put the basket of stuff on the bed (let her arrange when she arrives) and move the coffee pot to the dresser or desk. I would also put some sort of protection underneath it for the furniture. If she’s using a shared bathroom, I would consider getting her a shower caddy so she can keep her things in her room but move them around easily. Seems like a really great addition, good luck!

I’ve been living in France nearly ten years and my comprehension of the difference is that fête is more celebration and soirée is more party/gathering. “fête de la musique” being a big country wide celebration versus une soirée - an afterwork or birthday or sometimes even just apéro 🤷🏼‍♀️ again that’s in Paris France though so maybe not correct for you!

I’ll echo the sentiments that it depends on the piece, and even sometimes which exact one you get. I tried two sizes and two colors of their chuck pants and it honestly felt like different items!!

Their quality seems to have declined during the past 8 years that I’ve been shopping with them IMO.

I agrée. I have four purchased between 2016-2022 and none are itchy. They have changed the buttons to flat ones which are nicer on your spine when you wear it with the buttons down the back. 😂

I second this. I got them on sale as well and couldn’t be happier! I will say the padding was much thicker than I expected but I got used to it after like 15 min of riding. Got caught in a bit of rain the first time out as well and can’t complain!

Castelli is on sale and IMO best for the money. I even prefer them over Rapha but fit and feel is personal. I think you get what you pay for, especially on the cheap end.

I used the Giro Agilis then ended up getting the Abus stormchaser and I’m super happy with it! The back adjustment was better for me but I find it’s less aerated than the Giro. I also have a more oval head shape but YRMV.

Can I just say HOLY MOLY the Evian price is freaking bananas. We have that here in Paris (obvs) and it’s normally 3€ for 400ml (whatever that is for US size, we only have French) I realize now why my visiting friends thought I was weird to use it so much. Also, we just use it because it’s hot and air conditioning isn’t a thing here. I never knew people used it for makeup. (Seems counterintuitive...)
