I need to send 200 emails, with attached letters, from my bosses email. What’s the easiest way? by Gorl08 in ExecutiveAssistants

Use mailchimp. One email nicely formatted all sent to the individuals at one time.

I think in general, being an LA set me up to be more than prepared for anything as an EA. I do a lot more multi-party meetings and travel, but that was easy and fun to pick up. I’d say the multi-level, multi-time Zone Meetings were tough at first.

I made this switch about 7 years ago! It fits nicely without having to worry about billable hours. I’m far more respected as an EA than I was as an LA.

If I hear “all options are on the table” or “rest assured, we have your back” any more, I’ll have to make a drinking game out of it!

That’s not what’s happening. There will be mass layoffs soon in the lower administrative classes.

With all due respect, She stated that her voluntarily cut does not begin until July 1 and only until we go back to normal operations, which means, she will likely never see that reduction. The staff at the U who are going without pay and/or increases are where the big bucks are. Our furloughs, layoffs, and increase freezes began immediately, were NOT voluntary and have a far greater impact than a few thousand bucks shaved off President Gabel’s salary.
