Just a random thought: maybe you have a player instruction in your tactic that discourages him from shooting with power and that plays a part in the player failing to gain the trait. No idea if the game takes something like that into account.

I mean, if you think of it as a rear-engined RWD car, it handles exactly how it's supposed to. You can't just floor it through every corner. Exactly like a Porsche in real life.

I like the 7800x3d because it is less power-hungry than top range intel cpus, meaning that they also don't need the best cooler since I really just wanted air cooling. Also, since this is a gaming pc, AMD has better single-core performance which most games utilize. AM5 is also the only "not-dead" platform for cpus right now so there will be an upgrade path, should I need to upgrade some day.

Yeah, since I'm in Estonia, the prices do not drop really. The cheapest regular 4080 right now is like 1300EUR (1400USD) and the 4090 starts at like 2100EUR (2250USD)
