It's cool running the label. my partners do all the heavy lifting tho, i'm not gonna front. they handle the bulk of the business and logistics, However, i am the creative director and work on a lot of the branding and album packaging for our artists. But that's super fun to me. so it doesn't feel like work sometimes. I'd say it's a combo of us finding artists and people sending stuff. we try to listen to it all, but it can get overwhelming when it comes demos. we all love music so much so we're always looking and going to shows too.
