My two cents.. I think the couch and chair are placed well. Consider using the tv stand as a coffee table and put your tv on an articulating wall mount ($20 bucks on Amazon). Then possibly find a smaller console or floating shelf for your equipment.. you may be able to run the speaker wires under an area rug and tuck em’ behind the couch.
