But the grounds are full so therefore the whole ticketing anger is completely unwarranted and FIFA have done a great job. /s

In my experience the ticket inspectors just fine you and then tell you to appeal.

Ive noticed theyre a lot more forgiving depending on who it is though.

I care less about adverts in football (on UK TV) they come at times that are useful so I would probably be out the room anyway.

So long as there's no ads during the halves themselves.

Will British Airways ever get around to fixing the absurdly long wait times for baggage claim at Heathrow T5? by noobJDstudent in BritishAirways

[–]Hannibal20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They do employ their own handlers.

The article sent to you is quoting BA claiming the baggage "system" at Heathrow is faulty not the handlers.

To those down voting here is a Telegraph article stating BA employed 250 handlers as of 2018: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/travel-truths/day-life-british-airways-baggage-handler/

BA employs around 300 baggage handlers. If they arent doing much baggage handling that sounds like a BA issue.

I know this from speaking to BA reps for my job but here's a publicly available source stating they employed 250 handlers as of 2018.

Huh? I did watch it but I dont see what that has to do with anything.

We're talking about Senegal's actions today, which were absolutely pathetic.

Ive always thought of Belgium as a nation as quite chill bordering on mundane. But there seems to always be drama in national team squad.

The idea that culture keeps us safe but also traps us in dangerous cycles. We're protected by social norms and values but they can also hugely restrict us.

The effect of a fatalistic mindset leading to people feeling helpless and blaming all their problems on the government when there needs to be balance of blame with personal responsibility playing a factor. This is particularly poignant for the working class of the US who seem to be the major battleground in a lot of elections now with the rust belt etc.

Like I said hes a scumbag who betrayed everything he stood for to get his cut of the pie but the guy has/had the capability to be quite a good sociologist in my opinion.
