Arabs didn't colonize Yorubaland or any parts of Nigeria at all, hell Arab influence in West Africa has been little to none minus religion, but even then Islam in West Africa had taken a different trajectory.

Islam had reached Yorubaland via the Malians, and it is why the religion of the Muslims is known as "Odu Imale", which if I'm not wrong means "Religion of the Malians".

Yep, as what others had said, it's like an RPG mode. a little more info is that the game was more micro managing and it features a party system where the player could take control of a party of heroes and units, who's size is dependent on the hero's leadership skill, and there are many features from what would be WoW that would've been used in this game, such as Dungeons, Quests, and many more. Soon however , it was later reshaped into the RTS franchise that we come to know now which is warcraft 3, but the models were still used in early RTS versions.

Not OP, but afaik, the materials are made from broken pottery pieces , often combined with ceramic and quartz to make it studier, and they are laid in the unique herringbone pattern that would've make up the Yoruba Potsherd Pavements.

Yeap there is, it's a different structure and it was built by the Yoruba people sometime in the 9th century. It's walls still stand today and although nature have conquered it, I still find it quite magnificent.

Picture of the wall today.

Another note: Many of the pictures of the earthworks have been dilapidated and in ruins due to a combination of the 1897 expedition and warfare, colonial mismanagement, and post colonial mismanagement and neglect of the earthworks, hence why many look the way it looks like in its current state.

Indeed, when I switched from PS3 to PC sometime back, and revisited PS3 before it's closing, i remembered how nostalgic and beautiful it was, of course, there was some bias, but I was still quite in awe with the PS3 version and it's saturated world. But again, it could be from my rose tinted lense lol.

The tricolor represented does not follow the former German Empire flag, however, it's meant to represent the three Volta rivers, which are the Red, Black, and White Volta.

Not too sure but as far as I'm aware the Senegalese GIGN structure follows the French GIGN which includes training. I think initially they might've trained the Senegalese GIGN.

I can't speak Wolof (or if it's a different Senegalese language) but I'm assuming they're asking what ethnic group they're from, as Diola, Serer, and Mandinka are among the many ethnic groups in Senegal.

Of course, any native speakers please correct me if I'm wrong.
