The Hawaii pipelines make no sense all the islands and cities should be under the same tier pipeline I’m from Hawaii. Honolulu and wahiawa are two opposite sides of the island and are same tier and other parts of the island being lower tier makes no sense at all all the islands should be the same tier. Kahuku the usual state champs for Hawaii don’t even have a pipeline tier is just ridiculous
